The 20/20/20 deal

EU leaders have reached a climate change deal in Brussels today. The 27 members countries agree to cut emissions by 20% relative to 1990 levels by 2020. Also part of the package is a 20% reduction in energy use and 20% increase in energy production form renewable sources. More from BBC here
